We have continued to invest in our implementation processes, team, client support, and services. This has included hiring industry specialists with a strong business analytics background and investment industry operating experience.
As a result of strong recruitment in Canada, we established a company in Toronto. The new Canadian branch will focus on delivering implementations and knowledge management primarily to our Americas-based clients but also to our global client base in conjunction with colleagues located in 14 other countries around the world.
